Hola, I'm Catalina.
I believe that when we remember who we truly are, we transform our own lives—and from that place, we begin to transform the world around us.
I'm a woman, a mother, an educator, a yoga teacher, a Yoga Doula, and a lifelong student of life. Born in Rosario, Argentina, I've spent much of my life living in different parts of the world before choosing Switzerland as the place I now call home.
For more than fifteen years, I've accompanied children, families, educators, and women through education, yoga, conscious movement, and spaces for deep connection. Along the way, I came to understand that true transformation doesn't begin by constantly pleasing others, becoming someone else, or making ourselves small so we can fit in. It begins the moment we slow down, listen deeply, reconnect with our bodies, and remember who we've always been.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of supporting and training hundreds of educators, families, and professionals around the world, sharing practices that cultivate presence, connection, and well-being.
And yet, my greatest teacher has always been life itself.
My journey into motherhood transformed me in ways I could never have imagined - and I am sure it will continue being like that. It invited me to soften, surrender, trust the innate wisdom of my body, and accept that life unfolds in its own mysterious rhythm—far beyond our own fantasy of control.
This journey inspired me to deepen my path as a Yoga-Doula, allowing me to accompany women through fertility and pregnancy with presence, respect, and profound trust in the intelligence of life.
Today, I primarily walk alongside women who feel called to come hOMe to themselves. Women longing to live with greater authenticity, freedom, and presence. I don't believe accompaniment is about showing someone the way. It's about creating a space where they feel safe enough to discover their own—and to reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within them.
My commitment to children remains at the heart of everything I do. I believe that when children grow up feeling seen, heard, respected, and free to express who they are, we plant the seeds for a more compassionate, conscious, and peaceful world.
What is "Yogar"?

Yogar is a word born from my own journey.
It brings together three ideas that have become the foundation of both my work and my way of living.
Yoga
union
The integration of every part of ourselves with awareness, compassion, and acceptance.
Hogar
home
The Spanish word for home reminds us that our first home is within.
Jugar
play
To play invites us to reclaim the joy, curiosity, creativity, and wonder we were born with.
To me, Yogar is a way of being.
It is coming hOMe to yourself.
Feeling at hOMe in your body.
Living in alignment with your essence.
Embracing every beautiful paradox of who you are with curiosity, tenderness, and love.
Because I don't believe the world needs more perfect people.
I believe it needs more authentic ones.
People who have the courage to live from their truth, let their hearts lead the way, and shine by simply being who they are.
My Journey

Every place I've lived, every teacher I've met, every child I've worked with, every woman I've accompanied—and every season of my own life—has shaped the way I hold space today.
My journey began in education and children's rights. Over time, it expanded into yoga, conscious movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices. More recently, my own path into motherhood inspired me to deepen my understanding of fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through my training as a Yoga-Doula.
Rather than collecting certifications, I've allowed each learning experience to shape, transform, and become part of who I am before sharing it with others.
Each experience has become another thread woven into the philosophy I now call Yogar.

A Path Shaped by Many Teachers
My teachers have come from many traditions, cultures, and corners of the world.
From classrooms in Barcelona to yoga shalas in Bali, meditation retreats in France and Mexico, ancient teachings in India, and communities across Australia, Thailand, Switzerland, and the UK, every place has offered a different perspective on what it means to live, learn, and accompany others.
Rather than following a single lineage or methodology, my path has always been one of curiosity, discernment, and integration—honouring the wisdom of diverse traditions while allowing my own lived experience to shape the way I teach and hold space.
Above all, life itself continues to be my greatest teacher.
And perhaps that is the heart of Yogar: remaining a student of life, returning hOMe to ourselves again and again, and trusting that every experience—joyful or challenging—is an invitation to grow, reconnect, and remember who we truly are.
